We live, and work, in a hard water area – there’s no escaping that fact. Softening hard water is, a relatively simple process and installing a water softener system is less invasive than you think. We’ve been softening water across the West of England for over 50 years.
Established in 1965, we are an independent, family run business supplying, installing and maintaining quality water softeners, drinking water systems and providing related products.
You can visit our showroom in Holt, Wiltshire, where we can demonstrate the benefits of soft water, or we are happy to visit you for a free, no obligation demonstration and survey, at a time that suits you.

We are very proud to be an authorised dealer for Kinetico, a manufacturer of water softeners for over 35 years. Kinetico pride themselves as the most reliable, tried and tested, non-electric, block salt, water softeners available.
New for 2020, we are pleased to announce that we are now dealers for Harvey Water Softeners. We have the Gemini V4, which uses the latest technology and is made in Britain.

For great tasting drinking water we offer a range from a simple sediment and chlorine filter through to a system that removes almost anything.
Our fully equipped showroom displays the range available and one of our friendly team can take you through a demonstration so you can see the benefits of softened water, and sample the crystal clear, pure water produced by our drinking water systems, for yourself.
All installations are carried out by our fully qualified plumbers and maintained by our own, factory trained, engineers.
The showroom is manned by cheerful and helpful staff on-hand throughout the working day to assist with anything you may need.
Demonstrations can take place in our fully equipped showroom, or at your premises - at a convenient time for you.
