Due to high volumes of calls and emails requesting our salt, and given the reduced hours of operation and staff during lockdown, it has become necessary for us to change the purchase procedure from Friday 24th April.
PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL TO THE SHOWROOM WITHOUT A PRE-ORDERED PURCHASE OR OUTSIDE OF YOUR AGREED TIME SLOT.
NO PURCHASES CAN BE MADE OUTSIDE OF THE PROCESS BELOW.
The new process for salt purchase will be as follows:
Step 1: Complete the ‘contact us‘ form on our website, clearly providing the following – your name, the quantity of salt required, a valid return email address and most importantly a contact telephone number. (See our Salt page for products available and prices.)
Step 2: A member of staff will call you to take debit card payment and arrange a collection date and time-slot within a two week window.
This process ensures no physical contact for either party which adheres to the government’s social distancing guidance.
Your salt will be placed outside of the locked showroom gates, so please be sure to arrive at your given time-slot to avoid breaching the social distancing guidance of two metres between you and other customers.
