During these uncertain times, it is important that we all stay safe and well, and that means staff and customers.

Following the latest Government announcements and to adhere to the Public Health England guidance, we will close the showroom with immediate effect until further notice. This will affect all sales appointments, installations, service calls and salt collection and delivery.

Any sales, or installation, appointments pending will be contacted to rearrange once the pandemic is over.

Should you run out of salt, don’t worry you can bypass the water softener and return to hard water straight from the mains. Your water softener will stay dormant and you need do nothing further until you are able to resume operation.

In the unlikely event of a problem with your water softener or upon discovering a leak, please follow the simple steps to bypass your water softener as we will be unable to arrange a call out until we reopen.
