COVID-19 Update – Salt Collections:

As the seasons change bringing colder and wetter weather, we need to adapt our COVID-19 restricted working conditions at the showroom.

If you have visited us through the summer you will have noticed that we keep the showroom doors open and have moved the debit card payment machine to limit contact under social distancing guidance for customers and staff.

As the weather changes this will not be a workable solution for anyone.

We would like to encourage customers to use the salt and filter click and collect service during the coming months. It is a very simple process and those customers who are already using it say it is really straightforward.

If you prefer not to use the click and collect service, you can pre order your salt and filters by telephone. Call us on 01225 782216 with requirements and payment card details and we will get your order ready for collection.

Don’t forget we also offer a salt delivery service too.

Obviously, we will still accept customers to the showroom if you are passing – and if you are able to please call us to let us know you are coming we can have your order ready and we can take payment over the phone to limit contact.
