Festive Season 2022:

We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!

Another busy year, .with historic moments – we have a new King and a winter World Cup. We wonder what 2023 will bring?

We will be taking a well earned break to recharge our batteries, over the festive season.

The Showroom will close from 2pm on Friday 23rd December and will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your water softener while the showroom is closed, we advise you to bypass the unit (see our FAQs for how to bypass your softener) and contact us once we re-open in the new year.

To make sure you don’t run low on salt over the festive period please make your orders now, using the Click & Collect service, by telephone or call in when passing. We are still observing social distancing and have hand sanitiser available.

We will open again from 3rd January for salt collection, filters, booking home water softener demonstrations new purchases and servicing & repair.

We thank you for your continued custom during 2022 and look forward to seeing you all in 2023!
