Purchasing Salt during the Lockdown:

We continue to receive numerous calls and emails about purchasing salt through the lockdown. All our customers perceive this to be an essential item, so we will endeavour to make salt available once a week, (Thursdays).

PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL TO THE SHOWROOM WITHOUT A PRE-ORDERED PURCHASE OR OUTSIDE OF YOUR AGREED TIME SLOT.

NO PURCHASES CAN BE MADE OUTSIDE OF THE PROCESS BELOW.

From now, until the end of lockdown, we shall operate a system for customers urgently needing salt as follows:

Step 1: Complete the Contact Us form, providing a name, contact telephone number and the number of bags of salt you require. (see our Salt page for products available and prices).

Step 2: The following Wednesday, we will call you to take debit card payment by telephone and arrange a time-slot for the salt to be picked up from outside the closed showroom gates the next day (Thursday).

This ensures no physical interaction for either party.

Only one salt collection will be made per timeslot, so you will never encounter another customer during your visit.
