Home Survey

Before installation, we will carry out a home survey. These usually take between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the complexity of your requirements and whether you would like a water softener demonstration.

During this visit we will talk to you about the positioning of your water softener, plumbing and outside tap requirements.


All our professional water softener installations come with a guarantee for parts and labour.

Most water softener installations are positioned in a cupboard – this could be the kitchen, utility, under the stairs or even a bathroom. We can also install water softeners outside in a weatherproof container if required.

If we installed your water softener we will visit you in the unlikely event that your softener is faulty or requires maintenance.


All water softeners require regular salt replenishment, and we supply that too! Whether it’s Block Salt, Tablet Salt or Granular Salt, our prices are very competitive and available for collection from our premises or delivered within the local area – at an extra cost.
